A sweat lodge ceremony is a sacred ceremony for connecting with the earth and all its living beings. The sweat lodge has a powerful, purifying effect on body, mind, emotions, and soul. It opens the heart and can unlock the door to our inner voice. It offers the opportunity for self-discovery and transformation. It bestows strength and clarity for the challenges of daily life.
